Rajiv Patel

As the owner of RPM Renowned, Rajiv is committed to becoming the top professional residential property management provider in Northern Maryland. Rajiv brings a range of experiences to the table and thrives in the early start-up stages of companies, including his own consulting firm Lift Projects. He serves as the Founder and Principal for the firm with a client list to include Google, YouTube, Dropbox, Fitbit, Hyundai, Autodesk and more. His impressive resume includes Director of Design at CapitalOne Bank, Director of Product Design at HotChalk, and Principal Product Lead at Geosite. Rajiv holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.S. from the prestigious Stanford Design Program. He has extensive experience in bringing innovative products to market. For over 20 years, he has worked with emerging technologies and approaches while keenly aware of changing technology’s impact on existing industries. This positions him well to adapt to and solve for the ever-changing housing and rental market.

Rajiv has one son who he adores. In his spare time, he’s with his son or traveling or traveling with his son!

Nikki Lowe

Nikki takes the role of being your real estate resource for life very seriously. She has over 10 years combined experience as a Realtor, real estate investor, and now property manager. Her clients trust her to play a key role in one of the most important areas of life – selling, buying, and investing in real estate. Nikki is the owner and CEO of the Nikki Lowe Home Team of Keller Williams Realty Centre, where she has been a top-producing sales agent in the region. She helps clients sell, buy and invest in real estate and takes great pride in helping her clients make sound financial decisions based on stats, her knowledge of the local market and her personal experience as an investor. Nikki, along with her two business partners, Rajiv Patel and Carla! Richardson, are proud to launch a new extension of the real estate business – Real Property Management Renowned, where they take on the hassles of property management so owners hold on to profitable investments and don’t miss out on the things and people important to them. Together they are able to offer a one-stop resource for all of your real estate needs. While Nikki’s business partners focus on the financials, analysis, reporting, client services, tenant relations, and maintenance, Nikki is able to use her degree in marketing and communications from American University and ten years’ experience as a licensed Realtor to serve in a marketing, sales, negotiation, and contracts specialist capacity.

When Nikki is not serving her clients, you’ll find her with her husband, Dave, and two boys, Tommy (15) and Chase (11). She is an avid volunteer at her sons’ schools and community organizations she holds dear to her heart. She calls Howard County home and travels all over Maryland to meet the needs of her clients. The entire team at Real Property Management Renowned and Nikki Lowe Home Team pride themselves on exceptional service and a client experience that’s second to none.

Carla! A. Richardson

Carla rounds out the team as Owner and COO of Real Property Management Renowned. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from her decorated 35-year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). She retired in 2020 but realized there was a lot more to do.

While serving with the FBI, she was the facilities manager overseeing ten federal buildings, managing a large operations command center in conjunction with SWAT and various specialized teams, and being a recruiter in human resources. She was also a member of a highly trained evidence response team for 15 of those years she was with the Bureau. Carla participated in the Employee Assistance Program, providing counseling and resources to fellow agency employees.

All these experiences helped her develop advanced managerial and leadership skills, which led her to start two previous businesses– VitalOne Solutions, LLC, a medical and PPE supply company, and Rich Entertainment Professional Group, a music artist agency. As managing partner of RPM Renowned, Carla is focused on operations and is responsible for resident and vendor relations, compliance, business development, and strategic planning for the company. She has a heart for service and is well-suited for this position.

Carla lives with her husband, Mark, in Pikesville. She has been an avid volunteer as a mentor to middle school girls, provided food and resources for our homeless friends, and a “HUGGER” for HIV+ and AIDS-infected babies. She enjoys golf, reading, watching sports, and is a jazz enthusiast– “Music is my peaceful place,” she shares.
